Main stops

The first stop on the tour is Plaza de España, the central square of Santa Cruz, which is one of the most famous meeting places in the city.  The square offers a magnificent view overlooking the sea.

The next stop is the Auditorio de Tenerife, the city's most famous building and one of the outstanding works of modern architecture. Designed by the famous Santiago Calatrava, the building is a symbol of the city, impressing visitors with its futuristic forms and acoustic qualities. The auditorium often hosts classical music concerts and cultural events, but visitors can also admire the imposing building from the outside.

Next, we take a pleasant stroll through one of the city's most beautiful parks, Parque García Sanabria. This huge green oasis is located in the heart of the city and is a favourite resting place for locals. Walking through the park, we can enjoy nature among beautiful flower beds, tropical plants, sculptures and ponds. The atmosphere of the park makes it a truly special place.

The next stop is the famous Calle del Castillo, Santa Cruz's main shopping street. Here, visitors can choose from a wide range of shops, boutiques and cafés. The special atmosphere of the pedestrian street offers a true Canarian experience, while allowing us to get to know the local culture and purchase authentic local products.

To conclude the tour, we will visit the Mercado de Nuestra Señora de África market, one of the liveliest places in the city. The market offers fresh local produce, vegetables, fruit, fish and various other delicacies. The colourful and vibrant atmosphere of the market offers a true local experience, while giving us an insight into everyday life on the coast.

The next important stop on the tour is Playa de Las Teresitas, one of Tenerife's best-known and most beautiful sandy beaches. This enchanting beach is located just a few kilometres from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in the village of San Andrés, and is often referred to as the island's ‘perfect’ beach.

The beach is famous for its golden sand, which was uniquely brought here from North Africa to replenish the natural sand. The fineness and colour of the sand evoke a true Caribbean atmosphere, which makes it particularly attractive to visitors. Relaxing under the palm trees on the beach, you can enjoy one of the most magnificent panoramas on the island. 

The calm waters, gently sloping seabed and clear water are ideal for swimming, so if you feel like it, you can take a dip in the ocean.

If you don't want to swim, the trip can continue with an exciting cultural and natural experience at the Carnival Museum or the Palmetum. (Entrance fee to be paid on site)
