During our trip we will visit the following main sites
Los Gigantes
Now one of the symbols of Tenerife, the huge cliffs are a site not to be missed, so this will be our first stop of the day. A perfect location for the perfect photo opportunity.
Icod de los Vinos
Historic town, one of the centres of the wine industry in Tenerife. Here you will find the dragon tree, symbol of the region, which is almost a thousand years old. You can admire the town's charming streets and visit the church of San Marcos, where you can also see one of the world's most unique works of art, the silver filigree cross. Not to be missed is a tasting at Casa de Los Reyes, where you can taste and buy a variety of wines and liqueurs.
La Orotava
La Orotava, with its rich historical and religious heritage, is one of the most important towns in the north of the island. The town is home to many old aristocratic houses, as well as the 'Balcony House', built in 1632, with its impressive wooden balconies and courtyard. Not to be missed on our list are the town's main square and its historic alleyways. We'll have a longer free time here, so you can either wander around on your own or even have lunch at a restaurant serving local specialities (lunch at own expense)
Candelaria
On arrival, we will take a guided tour of Candelaria, which faithfully reflects the iconic buildings and daily life of the small town. We will then continue our walk to the main square of the town, where we will visit the Basilica, one of the most popular tourist attractions in Candelaria, one of the largest churches in Spain. Leaving the basilica, we are greeted by the huge statues of indigenous people next to the oceanfront.
