During the tour, you will gain detailed insight into the traditional winemaking processes, from grape cultivation to the production of white, rosé, and red wines. The fourth-generation winemakers will share their knowledge about local grape varieties, the effects of the terroir, and the traditional winemaking methods that have been preserved for centuries. During the winery visit, you will have the opportunity to taste 8 different wines, complemented by local cheeses that perfectly accompany the wines.
The tour continues with an authentic Canarian lunch in a traditional restaurant, where you will enjoy local dishes made from fresh ingredients, all paired with the winery's wines. We will also make a short stop in the picturesque village of Vilaflor de Chasna, Spain’s highest village, where you can admire the breathtaking views of the island’s interior.
