Cancellation Policy
With the twin ticket you are entitled to entry to Loro Park and Siam Park. For both parks, count 1-1 day. After purchasing the ticket, you have 15 days from the date of use of the first ticket to use the ticket for the second park. After the first entry, you will receive a bracelet that you must also show when entering the second park, so after you have used your entry to the first park, DO NOT remove the bracelet! When entering the second park, you must also show your ticket, so after entering the first park, DO NOT throw it away, because if you do not have the ticket, you will be denied entry or you will have to buy a new ticket on site. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
