Request a quote for accommodation via the website

When requesting a quote for accommodation on our website, you will be asked to provide the following information:

In all cases, the request will be answered within 24 hours. Adan Tours Tenerife will send its offer to the User/Customer within 24 hours. The User/Customer will have the possibility to accept the offer within the time limit indicated by Adan Tours Tenerife. The acceptance of the offer will always be made in writing by the User/Customer to the email address info@adantours.com.

Once the offer has been accepted, Adan Tours Tenerife will send the User/Customer the payment information and the amount to be paid. After the payment of the accommodation fee, Adan Tours Tenerife will book the accommodation with the accommodation provider on the basis of the information provided and will provide the User/Orderer with a voucher to use the accommodation with the accommodation provider. 

If the User/Orderer wishes to cancel the reservation, he/she may do so in accordance with the cancellation terms of the partner.

Request an offer for accommodation - booking via social media

When requesting accommodation on social media, you will need to provide the following information:

  • Date

  • Number of guests (child, adult)

  • Name

  • E-mail address

  • Mobil telephone number

 

In all cases, a response to the request for a quote will be provided within 24 hours. Adan Tours Tenerife will send its offer to the User/Customer within 24 hours. The User/Customer will have the possibility to accept the offer within the time limit indicated by Adan Tours Tenerife. The acceptance of the offer will always be made in writing by the User/Customer to the email address info@adantours.com or to the mailing platform used by social media.

Once the offer has been accepted, Adan Tours Tenerife will send the User/Customer the payment information and the amount to be paid. After the payment of the accommodation fee, Adan Tours Tenerife will book the accommodation with the accommodation provider on the basis of the information provided and will provide the User/Orderer with a voucher to use the accommodation with the accommodation provider. 

If the User/Orderer wishes to cancel the reservation, he/she may do so in accordance with the cancellation terms of the partner.

Car rental quote request via website

When requesting a car rental quote on our website, you will be asked to provide the following details:

A contractual relationship is established between the car rental partner and the User/Customer, which is governed by a separate contract between the parties at the airport or hotel.

Adan Tours Tenerife does not take any money in connection with the car rental, the car rental service is payable to the car rental partner at the time of car pick-up.

The car rental service is subject to the contractual conditions of the partner, Adan Tours Tenerife cannot be held responsible for any breach of contract by the partner, in particular if the car is not available at the agreed time or if the partner provides an unsuitable car.

 The travel contract is concluded directly between the User/Orderer and the Tour Operator, provided that the Travel has been ordered by the User via email, confirmed by the Tour Operator and the required deposit has been paid by the User/Orderer.

The advertised package price includes: airfare Budapest-Tenerife-Budapest direct flight on the advertised dates, 20kg checked baggage per person, 1 piece of max. 40 x 30 x 20 cm carry-on baggage per person, seat, accommodation in selected room type, selected meals, transfers on the Reina Sofia airport-hotel-Reina Sofia airport route in Tenerife, VAT, taxes and other compulsory charges (in particular airport taxes)

The package price does not include the cost of travel cancellation insurance. The participation fee under the travel offer does not include the User's/customer's accident, sickness and baggage insurance or cancellation insurance. The User/Customer acknowledges that he/she will arrange for such insurance on his/her own or, if he/she does not wish to take out such insurance, will bear all the consequences thereof. If the User/Customer does not have accident, sickness and luggage insurance during the trip, the Tour Operator and Adan Tours Tenerife shall not be liable to reimburse any costs arising from the lack of such insurance.

Payment of the package price can be made directly to the bank account of Adan Tours Tenerife by bank transfer or by credit card (reference number is the travel order number). The price of the travel package must be paid in euros by theUser/Customer

In the case of a travel contract, the tour operator may increase the service fee no later than 20 days before the start of the journey if this is caused by:

changes in transport costs (including fuel costs), taxes, duties and other compulsory charges related to the partial services undertaken in the travel contract (in particular resort fees, anchorage fees, airport charges, sports event entrance fees), changes in the exchange rate of the foreign currency according to the indicator specified in the contract with the tour operator's agent.

 

The reason for the increase shall be communicated to the User/Customer at the same time as the increase is communicated. If the fee increase exceeds 8%, or if the Tour Operator intends to substantially modify the terms of the contract, or if the programme has been substantially changed, the User/Customer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract without paying the penalty or to modify the contract. The User/Customer must inform Adan Tours Tenerife immediately of his/her choice between these rights. If the User/Customer withdraws from the contract for the above reason in the event of an increase in the fee of more than 8%, the User/Customer may request a substitute (part) service of the same or higher value, or may claim reimbursement of the fee paid or the right to compensation for the damage suffered.

The contract must be amended if the User/Customer wishes to modify the travel service already ordered and the Tour Operator is able to undertake the modification. If the obligation to pay a penalty payment as stipulated in these travel conditions applies, the amendment made as specified in this clause shall not release the User/Customer from the obligation to pay the penalty payment.

The User/Orderer may assign his/her rights under the contract with the Tour Operator to a third party who complies with the terms and conditions of the trip, the User/Orderer's Guide and the information provided on the website. The User/Customer shall inform the Tour Operator of the assignment immediately and in writing. The User/Orderer acknowledges that the assignor (User/Orderer) and the assignee (third party) are jointly and severally liable for any contractual obligations incurred prior to the assignment and for any additional costs proven to have arisen as a result of the assignment.

In the case of a travel contract, the deposit payable at the time of application is 40% of the service fee. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of the trip, unless the contract with a foreign agent of Adan Tours Tenerife imposes a stricter obligation on Adan Tours Tenerife, in which case the User/Customer information will always provide clarification. If the User/Customer fails to comply with the payment deadlines set out in the contract, the Tour Operator may withdraw from the contract, in which case the advance payment made by the User/Customer shall be forfeited to the Tour Operator as a penalty.

In the case of a travel contract, if the application is made within 90 days prior to the trip, the User/Customer must pay 100% of the fee if the order is accepted.

If the User/Orderer acts through a certified agent, the rights and obligations arising from the contract concluded by the agent shall become the responsibility of the authorised User/Orderer. The authorised representative shall immediately hand over all documents and information in his possession relating to the contract to the authorised user/customer. The person acting as agent shall be fully liable for any damages and costs arising from the improper performance of the authorization and any unauthorized procedure.

 It is the responsibility of the User/Customer to obtain and ensure the availability of valid documents (passport, identity card in card format within the Schengen area) required for travel abroad, for the lack of which Adan Tours Tenerife does not accept any liability. The User/Customer shall be responsible for compliance with visa, customs, foreign exchange and public health regulations, and any costs and damages arising from failure to comply with or breach of these regulations shall be borne by the User/Customer. If, due to non-compliance with these provisions, the User/Customer is unable to participate in the trip, he/she shall be deemed not to have commenced the trip and the Tour Operator's cancellation conditions shall apply. The User/Customer may obtain information on the conditions of entry and the necessary documentation from the Tour Operator's contact details and the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the case of passengers who are not Hungarian citizens, the Tour Operator draws the attention of the Passenger to the need to obtain information from the competent embassy on the entry regulations applicable to him/her before travelling to the country in question.

The tour operator may set a minimum number of participants for the trip. In such a case, the minimum number of participants shall be a condition for the trip to be carried out. Once the minimum number of participants has been reached, the tour operator shall notify passengers who have already booked. If the minimum number of participants has not been reached, the tour operator may cancel the travel contract up to 20 days before the date of travel. In such a case, the tour operator shall not be obliged to compensate the passenger for any loss incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Cancellation and Cancellation Fee for Reserved Capacities

The tour operator may terminate the travel contract at the latest 20 days before the start of the trip by a written statement.

In the case of a travel contract, if the tour operator terminates the contract for reasons not arising from the user's/customer's sphere of interest (the user/customer’s sphere of interest includes, but is not limited to, cases where the user/customer does not pay the travel fee on time or does not provide the necessary data for organizing the trip), the user/customer may request a substitute (partial) service of equal or higher value or demand a refund of the paid fee, and they are entitled to compensation for any incurred damage.

 

In the case of a travel contract, the user/customer has the right to cancel the already concluded travel contract at any time, but in cases specified in the contract, the user/customer must pay a cancellation fee. The cancellation must be communicated in writing to Adan Tours Tenerife, either by email or postal mail, based on the agreement between the parties. The day of cancellation will be the day the cancellation statement is sent in both cases.

Without paying a cancellation fee, the user/customer has the right to cancel the travel contract before it is concluded (typically before paying the deposit), as well as up to 60 days before the travel date, or in cases specifically highlighted in this travel contract. For certain trips, the cancellation deadline may be longer, and this information will be provided in the specific trip details. If the travel package includes a flight, the user/customer acknowledges that air transport is subject to the applicable air travel regulations, which can always be viewed on the airline’s website.

 

Cancellation Terms:

  • Up to 46 days before the travel date: No cancellation fee.

  • From 45 to 31 days before the travel date: The user/customer is required to pay 40% of the service fee as a cancellation fee to the service provider.

  • From 30 to 16 days before the travel date: The cancellation fee is 60% of the service fee.

  • 15 days or less before the travel date: The cancellation fee is 100% of the service fee.

 

In the event of a no-show without cancellation (termination), the amount already paid by the user/customer will not be refunded, and the remaining unpaid service fee can be claimed as a penalty by the service provider.

The user/customer acknowledges that by ordering an optional program, the total (payable) amount will increase by the cost of the optional program. The exact payable amount will be detailed in the confirmed booking and the confirmation email sent by Adan Tours Tenerife.

 

In the case of cancellation, the tour operator is entitled to deduct or retain the amount corresponding to the cancellation fee from the total fee. The remaining amount will be returned to the user/customer. If the amount paid by the user/customer does not cover the cancellation fee, the user/customer is required to pay the remaining balance to the tour operator within 8 days from the cancellation date (or the date the trip begins if the cancellation notice is not submitted).

If the user/customer is unable to travel due to a lack of necessary documents or if a family member cancels the trip for the same reason, they are still obligated to pay the relevant cancellation fee as defined above.

The tour operator informs the user/customer that the travel contract is not subject to the 14-day cancellation or termination rights prescribed by distance selling regulations.

If the user/customer books an optional program that is canceled due to insufficient participants, the tour operator will refund the amount paid for the optional program without deduction. However, if the user/customer cancels the trip after its start for any reason or refuses to use any service, they are not entitled to a refund for the unused services.

If the destination or the route to the destination includes an area that, after the conclusion of the travel contract, is listed as a "not recommended for travel" country or region by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the tour operator is obliged to provide a substitute service of equal or higher value. If the substitute service is of lower value than the original, the tour operator is obliged to refund the price difference to the user/customer. In this case, the user/customer has the right to cancel the contract. If the user/customer accepts the substitute service, the parties will modify the travel contract accordingly.

Cancellation and Cancellation Fee for Reserved Capacities - Dynamic Package - Online Flight Ticket

In the case of a travel contract, the tour operator can cancel the contract at the latest 20 days before the start of the trip by providing a written statement.

If the tour operator cancels the contract and the cancellation is not due to reasons within the user/customer’s control (e.g., the user/customer does not pay the travel fee within the deadline, or the user/customer does not provide the necessary data for organizing the trip), the user/customer has the right to request a substitute service of equal or higher value or to request a refund of the amount paid. The user/customer also has the right to claim compensation for any incurred damage.

 

Cancellation by the User/Customer:
The user/customer has the right to cancel the travel contract at any time. However, in the cases specified in this contract, the user/customer is required to pay a cancellation fee. The cancellation must be communicated in writing to Adan Tours Tenerife, either by email or by post, as agreed between the parties. The cancellation date will be considered as the date the cancellation notice was sent, regardless of whether it is communicated by email or post.

Without a cancellation fee, the user/customer may cancel the travel contract before the contract is finalized (typically before paying the deposit), and up to 60 days prior to the travel date. Additionally, in some specific cases mentioned in the travel contract, the user/customer may cancel without paying a cancellation fee. Some trips may have a longer cancellation period, which will be specified in the details of the particular trip. If the travel package includes a flight, the user/customer acknowledges that the airline regulations regarding air travel will apply, and they can review the applicable rules on the airline’s website.

Accommodation and Transfer Cancellation Conditions:

  • Cancellation up to 46 days before the travel date: Free of charge.

  • Cancellation between 45 and 31 days before the travel date: The user/customer must pay 40% of the service fee as a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation between 30 and 16 days before the travel date: The cancellation fee is 60% of the service fee.

  • Cancellation within 15 days or later before the travel date: The cancellation fee is 100% of the service fee.

In cases of no-show (the user/customer does not show up without cancellation), the amount already paid by the user/customer will not be refunded, and the user/customer will be required to pay the remaining service fee as a penalty.

 

Flight Ticket Cancellation Conditions:

Once the booking is made, flight tickets cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

The user/customer acknowledges that by ordering an optional program, the total fee will be increased by the cost of the optional program. The full (payable) amount will be confirmed in the order, reservation, and the confirmation email sent by Adan Tours Tenerife.

In the event of cancellation, the tour operator has the right to deduct or retain the cancellation fee from the fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to the user/customer. If the amount paid by the user/customer does not cover the tour operator's cancellation fee, the user/customer must pay the remaining balance no later than 8 days from the cancellation date (or, if no cancellation notice is given, from the travel start date).

If the user/customer cannot travel due to missing required travel documents, or if a family member also cancels for the same reason, the user/customer is still required to pay the applicable cancellation fee.

The user/customer acknowledges that the distance selling regulations do not apply to travel contracts, meaning the user/customer does not have a 14-day withdrawal period for cancellation or termination.

 

Optional Program Cancellation:

If the user/customer books an optional program, but it is canceled due to insufficient participants, the payment for the optional program will be refunded to the user/customer without deductions.

If the user/customer interrupts the trip after it has started for any reason, or voluntarily chooses not to use certain services, no refund will be issued for the unused services.

If the travel destination or the route to the destination involves an area that, after the travel contract is concluded, is listed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as an "advised not to travel" region, the tour operator must offer a substitute service of equal or higher value. If the substitute service is of lower value, the tour operator must refund the price difference to the user/customer. In this case, the user/customer may cancel the contract. If the substitute service is accepted, the parties will modify the travel contract accordingly.

Flight

If the travel contract (also) includes carriage by air, the rules of the airline operating the passenger air service and the rules applicable to the carriage of passengers by air at the time of performance of the carriage shall apply. The liability of air carriers acting as intermediaries for the Service Provider shall be governed by the provisions of Act XXVIII of 1936, as amended by Act 19 of 1964, and the Warsaw International Convention of 1929, as amended by Act XXXIV of 2005 and supplemented by Act XXXV of 2005, and the Montreal International Convention of 1999, promulgated by Act VII of 2005.The User/Customer shall notify Adan Tours Tenerife of any defect in the performance of the service contracted in the travel contract without delay; the User/Customer shall be liable for any damage resulting from any delay in notification.

Prices 

The price of the services is always indicated in EUR and includes the applicable VAT.

Payment -  For Travel Package Orders 

Deposit Payment

When booking a travel package, the specified amount is paid as a deposit, for which the Service Provider will send a deposit request letter to the Customer. The Customer is required to transfer the deposit amount within the deadline specified in the letter.

 

Payment Deadline

The payment deadline for the deposit is indicated in the sent deposit request letter. If the payment is not made within the specified deadline, the Customer acknowledges that the booking will be automatically canceled, and the package will no longer be available.

Non-payment and Cancellation

If the Customer fails to fulfill their payment obligation within the deadline specified in the deposit request letter, Adan Tours Tenerife reserves the right to cancel the booking, and the package booking will lose its validity. The Customer will be notified of the cancellation by Adan Tours Tenerife.

Payment - Stripe (Credit Card Payment) for Online Orders

I consent to the transfer of the following personal data stored by Adrienn Neagu-Bodnár in the adantours.com user database to Stripe (510 Townsend Street San Francisco, CA 94103, USA) as data controller. The data transferred will include name, e-mail address, country.

If there is an error or omission in the products or prices in the webshop or on the order form, we reserve the right to correct it. In such a case, we will inform the customer of the new information immediately after the error has been detected or corrected. The buyer may then confirm the order once more or either party may withdraw from the contract.

The total amount payable includes all costs based on the order summary and confirmation letter. The invoice and information on the right of withdrawal will be sent to the customer by e-mail.

After entering the data, the User/Customer can click on the ‘payment’ button to send the order.

 

The User/Customer will receive a confirmation via email after sending the order. The Service Provider disclaims responsibility for failure to receive the confirmation on time if the User/Customer provided incorrect data during registration/order, or if the inbox associated with their account is full and cannot receive messages.

Order processing is automatic. The Service Provider will always confirm electronically when the order can be fulfilled.

General Delivery Deadline: Within 1 business day from the payment. If the Service Provider and the User/Customer have not agreed on a specific delivery time, the Service Provider must complete the order at the time or within the timeframe specified by the User/Customer. If no deadline is set, the Service Provider is obligated to fulfill the order within thirty days from the date of the order's receipt by the Service Provider.

 

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any unannounced changes to the technical specifications, typographical errors or omissions, or for reasons beyond its control. The Service Provider reserves the right to reject orders already confirmed in whole or in part. Partial fulfilment may only take place after consultation with the User/Orderer.

Intermediary activity (accommodation, car rental, excursion mediation, ticket sales)

As part of the service, the Service Provider provides direct telephone or written (e-mail) contact with its employees for guests interested in the mediated accommodations / excursions, within which the process of requesting a quote, preparing a quote, ordering, confirming, fulfilling and invoicing takes place.

Error correction process

If you notice an error in your booking after completing the process, please contact our customer service immediately by phone at +34614669155 or by email at info@adantours.com so that we can try to correct the error as quickly and to the greatest extent possible.

Changes, deletions

Excursions

All bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before booking. Cancellation within 48 hours or no show will result in a non-refundable deposit. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing to info@adantours.com.

 

Accommodation

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing to info@adantours.com. If the User/Orderer wishes to cancel the reservation of accommodation, he/she may do so in accordance with the contractual cancellation conditions of the partner. Cancellation information will be included in the confirmation and the accommodation voucher in all cases.

 

 

Vehicle rental

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing to info@adantours.com. If the User/Customer wishes to cancel the rental, he/she may do so in accordance with the contractual terms of the partner.

Consumer dispute management

The User may initiate proceedings at the competent conciliation body if the resolution of his complaint with the program organizer has not led to a result. Failing this, the Hungarian version shall prevail in the interpretation of this contract and its annexes.

 

The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the place where the Organizer has its registered office, within the limits set out in the regulation, and to Spanish law as the applicable law, in accordance with the provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No 44/2001 of 22 December 2000 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters and Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 June 2008 on the law applicable to contractual obligations (Rome I), and to the law governing the contract between the parties.

 

In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC (Directive on consumer online dispute resolution), a trader established in the Union involved in online sales or service contracts must display an electronic link to the online dispute resolution platform on the website for the purpose of informing consumers. https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=HU
